Scoop a pea-sized amount and apply it on damp skin. Gently massage in a circular motions with upward and outward strokes. Rinse with water or wipe off with a damp towel. Sadhev’s Ayurvedic Face Scrub is suitable for all skin types. We recommend using it 1-2 times a week.
